Test Format:
IMAT consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that test knowledge in the following areas:
Biology:
The biological sciences form the foundation of the medical course. This section tests your understanding of fundamental biology.
Chemistry:
Chemistry is a core subject in medicine, and IMAT tests your knowledge of inorganic and organic chemistry principles.
Physics & Math:
Tests your understanding of basic physics & Math concepts relevant to medical studies.
Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge:
This section evaluates your ability to think critically and solve problems logically, alongside general knowledge.
Duration:
100 minutes to answer 60 questions.
Scoring:
Each correct answer adds 1.5 point, while incorrect answers result in 0.4 penalty.
